Water main break closes Spruce Street Extension

HENRY COUNTY – A large water main break on Spruce Street Extension caused the road to start to cave in, Friday night. Martinsville City Water Resources says the road appears to be soft in sports and could give out. The Martinsville Police Department responded to close the road.
