HENRY COUNTY, Va. (BTW21) — Two people are behind bars following a pair of narcotics-related search warrants executed Wednesday night on Reed Creek Drive in Henry County.
According to the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, deputies served warrants at 1805 Reed Creek Drive and 1815 Reed Creek Drive around 8:30 p.m. on November 5, 2025.
The warrants stemmed from a multi-month narcotics investigation conducted by the Sheriff’s Office VICE Unit.
Investigators say the primary target of the investigation was William Servin, who had been under scrutiny for several months for allegedly distributing illegal narcotics.
Rhonda Hutcherson was also identified as being involved in the ongoing criminal activity at the two residences.
Throughout the course of the investigation, undercover officers reportedly purchased illegal narcotics from the Reed Creek Drive homes, including transactions that occurred within the past month — evidence that confirmed continued drug distribution.
The Sheriff’s Office Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) Team assisted in safely serving the warrants.
During the searches, investigators recovered a quantity of suspected methamphetamine, along with packaging materials and digital scales consistent with the sale and use of narcotics.
As a result of the operation, William Servin and Rhonda Hutcherson were taken into custody and charged as follows:
William Servin: Violation of Virginia Code §18.2-248 – Sale of Schedule I or II Drugs
Rhonda Hutcherson: Violation of Virginia Code §18.2-250 – Possession of Schedule I or II Drugs
Both Servin and Hutcherson are being held without bond at the Henry County Adult Detention Center.
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information regarding the illegal distribution of narcotics is asked to contact the Henry County Sheriff’s Office VICE Unit at (276) 638-8751 or Crime Stoppers at (276) 63-CRIME (276-632-7463).
Information leading to an arrest and conviction may qualify for a cash reward.
