BASSETT FORKS – A 18-wheeler blocked 220 North near Draper‘s Flowers and Gifts Sunday afternoon. The tractor trailer went into a ditch on Virginia Avenue in Bassett Forks. VDOT assisted the tractor trailer in moving to the left lane. Virginia State Police will remain on scene to caution drivers until the tractor trailer is removed.
