Shopping center in Collinsvillle evacuated after gas leak

COLLINSVILLE – The Holiday Shopping Center in Collinsville was evacuated after a gas leak on Wednesday.

Henry County Department of Public Safety officials say they believe the smell is of gasoline.

As 4:30 p.m., officials had not located where the smell is coming from.

The Collinsville Volunteer Fire Department, Appalachian Power, Southwestern Virginia Gas Company were also called to the scene.
