ROCKY MOUNT – The Franklin County Sheriff's Office, with assistance from Virginia State Police, is searching for a missing 17-year-old.
Rashiah Carlay Belcher is a female with brown hair and hazel colored eyes.
She is 5'2" with a weight of 105 pounds.
Belcher was last seen Monday wearing a black hoodie.
Authorities say this an endangered runaway juvenile case.
