ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, NC – Joyce Payne, 75, was last seen at 1403 NC Highway 14 un Reidsville, North Carolina. The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office says Payne may be en route to the Greensboro area operating a silver in color Ford Freestyle with NC registration VVR-5598. A Sliver Alert has been issued for Payne at this time.
Joyce Payne is described as being 5 feet tall with a thin build with gray hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweat shirt and black pants.
