EDEN, NC – Rockingham County Sheriff's Deputies were called to MillerCoors located on East Meadow Road in Eden, North Carolina on Monday at around 2:50 PM. Upon their arrival, they located William A. Villatoro, 44, of 1819 Carleton Avenue in Bayshore, New York deceased.
Further investigation revealed that Villatoro was part of a team contracted to remove metal from the vacant plant. Villatoro was using a cutting saw for this purpose, when the saw kicked back striking him in the torso, neck area. Investigators believe these injuries from the saw are what caused Villatoro's death. No foul play is suspected.
