Reynolds presented proclamation for Jennifer Short Scholarship Ride

COLLINSVILLE – Senator Bill Stanley presented Ray Reynolds a Proclamation from the Virginia Assembly recognizing him for the 15 years that he has done the Jennifer Short Scholarship Ride. The ride has raised over $40,000 and given away over 50 scholarships to Bassett High School Students. Senator Stanley thanked Ray for his dedication to the ride and for keeping the communities awareness . On August 15, 2002 the entire Short family was murdered and no one has been charged to this day.
