COLLINSVILLE – Shortly after 5:00PM Wednesday evening a vehicle traveling on Miles Road jumped the guardrail and ended up in Daniels Creek. A witness ran into the creek that was over waist deep and pulled the woman free. She later refused medical treatment. The cause of the accident is under investigation by the Virginia State Police. The female driver was chargered with DUI.
