COLLINSVILLE – A Collinsville woman is offering a $500 reward if her missing dog is returned. Stevie Ray is the name of the dog and the owner says no questions will be asked if he is returned. Stevie Ray went missing around 7 PM Tuesday around the Eliza Reamy Avenue area. He got out of a pen when a lawn care guy was there working. He has a name tag and a dog license.
