FRANKLIN COUNTY – Friday, May 11th, United Methodist Women of Rocky Mount United Methodist Church donated coloring books and crayons for our officers to give out when children are involved in situations of anxiety, distress and fear. Sheriff Bill Overton said, “What a thoughtful and loving gift for children in distress. We are so grateful for these ladies and their church for gifting these items.”.
