FRANKLIN COUNTY – Recently, Deputy H. L. Nolen stopped by Step, Inc. and read to the class a book about how special fathers are. It was an appropriate topic with Father’s Day coming up. The book showed how human fathers take care of their families and also, how animal fathers do the same. It was a great time for the Sheriff’s Office to interact with the children.
