BTW21 returns to its roots, presents to Explore Camp students

COLLINSVILLE – How and where did the vision for BTW21 start? Your Neighborhood Network Founder and Executive Producer Rodney Billings answered these and other questions for students at Fieldale-Collinsville Middle School. Thursday, Billings presented to Explore Camp students just how much TV technology has changed over the years. When BTW21 first began, crew members had to carry bulky cameras to whichever event or story that they covered. Now Your Neighborhood Network has lighter cameras and believe it or not, sometimes uses cell phones. The summer camp students have been working on various projects including using the green screen. During the presentation, BTW taught students how to use it on their editing software. BTW21 absolutely enjoyed this opportunity and would like to thank the teachers for the invitation.
