About $75K in counterfeit merchandise seized from business

EDEN, NC – Approximately $75,000 worth of counterfeit merchandise was seized from a business in Eden, North Carolina.
The investigation began after the NC Secretary of State's Office received a tip in reference to counterfeit merchandise.
The investigation lead the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office working in collaboration with the Homeland Security Investigations Task Force to Hats and Things located at 1000 Washington Street.
According to the sheriff’s office, the property seized ranged from jerseys, hats, hoodies, Champ rings, bracelet, shoes, sandals, uniforms, belts and photos by NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Adidas, Nike, Gucci, Yeezy and Burberry.
The Rockingham County Sheriff‘s Office says no charges have been filed at the time of this news release.
The investigation is ongoing.
