COLLINSVILLE – Traffic backed up for about 25 minutes this afternoon on Kings Mountain Road due to Tractor trailer malfunction. A Western Express truck was leaving the Patriot Centre around 2:05PM when the trailer detached itself. The truck came to a rest in the East bound lanes of Kings Mountain Road blocking all traffic.
