COLLINSVILLE – A Honda Civic hydroplaned Wednesday around 5:40 PM causing it to spin and damage the side of the vehicle. The weather-related accident occurred on Virginia Avenue near the intersection of Colonial Hills Road in Collinsville. The female driver and 10-month-old baby were not injured during the accident. Collinsville Volunteer Fire Department and Virginia State Police responded to the scene. One lane of traffic was closed for over almost two hour.
