With another round of wintry weather that has impacted our area this month, our significant winter storm has prompted many to be in the dark this Sunday night.
This is likely to continue into Monday because high winds will be an issue overnight and into tomorrow.
Appalachian Power is reporting the following number of outages as of 9:30 pm:
Henry County: 174
Patrick County: 640
An estimated time of when electricity will return is not available at this time.
