Lowen is now wanted on charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.

On Thursday, April 17, at approximately 12:41 p.m., Danville Police responded to a reported shooting in the parking lot of the Airport Mart Exxon, located at 1385 South Boston Road.
