The Henry County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three men in connection with a residential break-in and the theft of two classic cars from the Stones Dairy Road area earlier this month.
Between November 5 and November 17, 2025, investigators say Brent Doss, William Doss, and Bobby Leagans entered a residence in the 2000 block of Stones Dairy Road and stole a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle, and multiple household items.
On November 17, within an hour of receiving the initial report, investigators located the stolen 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle. Detectives continued to follow leads in an effort to recover the remaining vehicle and property.
Three days later, on November 20, a concerned citizen reported seeing a blue Camaro parked in a wooded area off Microfilm Road in Patrick County. Deputies from the Patrick County Sheriff’s Office and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office responded and confirmed the vehicle was the stolen 1969 Camaro.
While securing the scene, deputies located Bobby Leagans, who was already wanted in Henry County for a probation violation. When taken into custody, Leagans was found with the key to the stolen Camaro in his pocket, authorities said.
