FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – 38-year-old George Willie Price Jr. was arrested for the theft of a trailer from NexHaul Trailers in Rocky Mount.
During the morning of November 3, a vehicle entered the property of NexHaul on New Plant Road and stole a $12,000 black dump trailer, according to authorities.
The Martinsville man was charged with felony grand larceny and felony obtaining money by false pretenses.
The trailer has been recovered and returned to the business.
FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is seeking leads in a dump trailer theft.
Sometime between 5:45 a.m. and 6:15 a.m. on November 3, a vehicle entered the property of NexHaul on New Plant Road in Rocky Mount and stole a black dump trailer.
The vehicle in question appeared to be a light-colored truck that may have lingered in the area prior to the theft, according to the sheriff's office.
