Rockingham County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Department of Homeland Security Collaborate to Arrest Individual on Ten Counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, initiated an investigation following a Cybertip from the N.C. State Bureau of Investigation (NCSBI).
This led to the arrest of Morgan Ryan Taylor, 39, residing at 329 Wild Fern Ln., Reidsville, N.C., on ten counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
Taylor is currently held in the Rockingham County Detention Facility on a secured bond of $50,000. The investigation remains ongoing.
