Rockingham County Deputies Searching for Wanted Sex Offender

Rockingham County, N.C. — The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for 33-year-old Anthony Joseph Bullins II, a registered sex offender who has failed to report and verify his current address as required by law.
According to investigators, Bullins has been entered into the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) as wanted with in-state extradition authorized.
Bullins is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
His last known address is listed as 313 S. Market St., Madison, N.C.
Authorities are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Bullins.
