MARTINSVILLE– A handful of customers are in the dark Wednesday evening, according to Appalachian Power.
Franklin County has the most outages being reported, along with Henry and Patrick County. Most of our area should have their electricity restored by Thursday morning, with a few isolated spots with an estimated time not announced.
