HENRY COUNTY, VA – A man was injured after his pickup truck ended up in a creek near the Fieldale community of Henry County Thursday.
A blue Dodge Ram 1500 was traveling on Meadowood Trail when it departed the roadway near Darby Drive and wound up in the Jordan Creek.
Firefighters from the Fieldale Volunteer Fire Company responded to the call after receiving it at 2:19 p.m.
The man was taken to the hospital by the Henry County Department of Public Safety for minor injuries.
The Henry County Sheriff's Office was also on the scene.
Virginia State Police is investigating the incident.
