One person hurt following head-on collision in Horsepasture

HORSEPASTURE, VA – One person was hurt after a head-on collision early Tuesday morning.
At around 1:58 a.m., the Horsepasture Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to the crash that occurred on AL Philpott Highway near Summit Road.
One person was injured, according to the fire department.
The Henry County Department of Public Safety and the Henry County Sheriffs Office also responded.
Virginia State Police is investigating the crash.
