One person hurt after vehicle runs off road, ends in creek

FRANKLIN COUNTY – One person was injured after a vehicle ended in a creek in Franklin County on Wednesday.


The accident happened shortly before 6 PM on Naff Road about a mile off Route 220.


According to Boones Mill Volunteer Fire/EMS, the vehicle was traveling eastbound when it ran off the road and ended in Magoddee Creek.


One patient was treated for minor injuries, volunteers say.


State police is investigating the crash.
