COLLINSVILLE, VA – Virginia State Police have identified the 67-year-old man killed in a motorcycle crash in Collinsville on Tuesday night.
State police say Terry Ray Furr, of Bassett, was driving a 2016 Harley Davidson when it ran off the right side of Virginia Avenue, hit a guardrail and then overturned near the intersection of Cool Springs Road shortly after 7 p.m.
Furr was wearing a helmet and died at the scene, according to police.
The crash remains under investigation.
