MARTINSVILLE, VA – Old Farmhouse Buffet will open their inaugural unit in Martinsville replacing the Coach's Neighborhood Grill.
After a period of remodeling, the building will reopen featuring over 40 feet of home-style entrees and sides, a salad bar and a dessert bar featuring ice cream.
They will open initially at 11 a.m. each day with plans to add a breakfast buffet in time.
The restaurant location is 283 Commonwealth Boulevard West.
According to the news release, both restaurants are owned by Hodge Restaurant Group.
My wife and I tried this place, Old Farmhouse Buffet, today for lunch. Was not impressed at all with service and food. First time here and last time here. The waitress sat us at a table my wife would have a hard time getting out of her chair due to leg and back problems. Before we sat down we asked for another table that was more open. The waitress apparently didn't like our request and put us at the new table and slapped down the bag with a fork in it. No knife or spoon. She then left without saying enjoy your lunch or squat. only open usually every day at 3pm or 4pm onwards . They lose customers that go for lunches at 12, 1, 2 ,3 pms It means only open early dinner snd up 8pm
