MARTINSVILLE, VA – Over a dozen fugitives were added to the Martinsville Police Department's Most Wanted list on Tuesday.
Police are asking for your help to locate them.
The police department reminds you that all of these fugitives should be considered dangerous.
Never attempt to approach, apprehend, or arrest these fugitives yourself.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The additions to the Most Wanted list are as follows:
27-year-old Jevonte Shaquan Kirby: felony destruction of property
73-year-old Phillip Jacob Dunn: probation violation felony offense
37-year-old Otesues Delano Hairston: reckless handling firearm, shoot in public, possess firearm by felon, assault on law enforcement x2
29-year-old James Anthony Barbour: manufacture/distribute sch. I/II 3rd + offense x6
47-year-old Ronnie Mike Quinn: probation violation felony offense x3
35-year-old Obdulia Raquel Ortiz-Garcia: fail to appear on felony offense
33-year-old Zachary Taylor Stephens: distribute cocaine x5
27-year-old Lashawnda Jaye Redd: probation violation misdemeanor offense x3
31-year-old Amber Lynn Newman: fail to appear/probation violation, both felony offense
30-year-old Lisa Marie Oneil: fail to appear on felony offense
39-year-old Elrico Dominique Grant: distribute for profit Sch. I/II x3
34-year-old Afton Speedy: probation violation felony offense/petit larceny
27-year-old Meagan Nicole Dalton: probation violation felony offense
