MARTINSVILLE, VA – Two people were transported to the Martinsville hospital after a crash on Wednesday.
The Martinsville Police Department said a white Hyundai Sonata headed east on Watt Street collided with a red Kia Sorento, which was going north on Fairy Street.
The crash was called in at 12:34 p.m.
The two occupants of the Kia were injured and taken to Sovah Health by Martinsville Fire and EMS.
Police and Martinsville Public Works closed the road during the crash.
The police department continues to investigate the incident.
