HENRY COUNTY, VA – The latest drug bust of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office resulted in drug and gun charges for a man.
Deputies and Martinsville police officers obtained information that led to the execution of this search warrant, according to Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis.
The search was conducted at a home on Stultz Road in the vicinity of Virginia Avenue Sunday night.
“They have located a quantity of marijuana and associated items constant with distribution,” Sheriff Davis told BTW21 News. “Additional suspected narcotics were located, and they will be sent for laboratory analysis. This is a continuation of our efforts to rid drug dealers from our community.”
Davis said there was no need for tactical unit operations, since the suspect had been arrested for an outstanding warrant prior to the search.
The Sheriff said information about who and what charges they are facing will be sent out later.
