HENRY COUNTY, VA – A man has been charged for calling Arby's and threatening to harm the employees on Thursday.
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office said they were called to the restaurant located 1130 Memorial Boulevard at 4:47 p.m.
According to Arby's staff, they got a threatening phone call from a man who said he was going to harm his husband and the employees.
The restaurant's management decided to close the restaurant while authorities searched for the suspect.
The suspect information was relayed to the Martinsville Police Department and the Virginia State Police to assist in searching for him.
A short time later, the suspect, Kevin Lane Dodson, 25, of Bassett, was arrested in the Ridgeway area.
Dodson faces the following charges:
Threats of bodily injury to person or place
Computer trespass
Threats over a public airway
He is held in the Henry County Adult Detention Center without bond.
