Major Drug Bust at Reidsville Motel Results in Multiple Arrests, Seizures

REIDSVILLE, N.C. —(BTW21) The Reidsville Police Department Narcotics Unit has made several arrests following an extensive investigation into illegal drug activity at the Williams Motel, located at 1914 Freeway Drive. On June 7, 2025, officers executed search warrants at two rooms at the motel, seizing narcotics, firearms, and U.S. currency as part of the operation.
Authorities arrested and charged multiple individuals in connection with the investigation:
Jerrico Storm Manus, 23, faces a long list of felony and misdemeanor charges including Trafficking Fentanyl, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver (PWISD) Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Schedule II and III substances, Possession of Firearm by a Felon, and maintaining a location for drug activity.
Manus was issued a $500,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on June 12, 2025.
Justin Holt Gibbs, 34, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on previous drug charges and is wanted for a felony probation violation. He is being held on a $20,000 bond with a court date set for July 8, 2025.
Elysia Morgan Smith, 39, was charged with felony possession of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $10,000, with a court appearance also scheduled for June 12, 2025.
Todd Michael Gilley, 42, was charged with misdemeanor possession of a Schedule IV substance. His court date is set for August 5, 2025.
Katelyn Nicole Durham, 32, is facing numerous felony and misdemeanor charges including possession of Fentanyl, maintaining a vehicle for controlled substances, PWISD Cocaine and Methamphetamine, and possession of various drug paraphernalia. She is being held on a $350,000 bond with a court date of June 9, 2025.
Robert Michael Cooper, 47, was charged with felony possession of cocaine. Details on his bond and court date were not released at the time of publication.
Wesley Vernon, 34, was charged with felony possession of Methamphetamine and multiple misdemeanors related to drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
