MARTINSVILLE, VA – As our Weatherman, Dustin Staples forecasted impacts from this weekend's winter storm, power outages are on the minds of everyone as they are starting their Valentine's Day weekend.
As the 10:00 a.m. update from the Appalachian Powers website, the localities are in the dark this morning:
• Henry: 6,502 • Franklin: 3,461 • Patrick: 309
According to Appalachian Powers' websites, there not an estimated time when all electricity would be restored.
