HENRY COUNTY, VA – Investigators in Henry County said the human remains found Thursday were identified as a man from Boones Mill.
Around 4:27 p.m., deputies were notified of possible remains near the intersection of Horsepasture Price Road and Wagon Trail Road in Ridgeway.
The Sheriff’s Office responded and found the body of 28-year-old Raymond Alley Jr.
The preliminary findings indicated no signs of foul play, according to the Sheriff's Office.
The body has been taken to the Chief Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.

HENRY COUNTY, VA – Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis says his department is investigating after human remains were found Thursday evening.
Investigators are currently processing the scene on Wagon Trail Road.
“We are in the preliminary stages of the investigation to determine the cause and manner of death,” Sheriff Davis told BTW21 News.
