As we are witnessing our first taste of winter weather this year along with breezy conditions, area residents are waking up without electricity this Monday morning. Appalachian Power is reporting a high number of outages as of 9:20 a.m. and they are as follows:
Henry County: 1,135
Patrick County: 668
Franklin County: 206
