HENRY COUNTY, VA (BTW21) The Henry County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager.
Authorities say 16-year-old Iverson Hart Covington was last seen at his home on Riverview Court around 9:00 PM on August 4, after returning from Planet Fitness earlier that evening. He has not been seen or heard from since.
Covington is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing around 145 pounds, with brown eyes.
The Sheriff's Office has launched a full investigation and is following up on leads in hopes of locating the missing teen quickly and safely.
Anyone with information about Iverson’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Henry County Sheriff’s Office at (276) 638-8751, Crime Stoppers at 63-CRIME (276-632-7463), or submit an anonymous tip via Tip411 by texting HCSO to 847411 or downloading the Tip411 app.
