Henry County issues State of Emergency due to snowstorm




HENRY COUNTY, VA – Tim Hall, County Administrator and Director of Emergency Services, declared a state of emergency in Henry County on Monday.


This declaration is designed to allow the county to respond to multiple weather-related issues, including widespread power outages and worsening driving conditions.


The declaration is subject to confirmation by the Henry County Board of Supervisors within 14 days.


It will be in force and effect until removed by the board of supervisors.
