FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – On Monday, August 2, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office reported that both Eathan Freeman and Richard Hernandez have been safely located.
FRANKLIN COUNTY, VA – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
16-year-old Eathan Paul Freeman, of Rocky Mount, was reported missing by a family member on Monday, July 26.
Freeman is about 6 feet tall, weighs 148 pounds and was last seen wearing black joggers, a black shirt and red Nike Air Max sneakers in the area of Poplar Hollow Lane in Wirtz.
The sheriff's office says he may with 17-year-old Richard Hernandez, who is missing out of the town of Rocky Mount.
Authorities say both have connections throughout Franklin County and the Portsmouth area.
