BASSETT, VA
On Thursday, May 9, 2024, the Henry County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in regards to illegal narcotics at 402 Fairmont Dr. Bassett, VA.
Deputies seized an amount of suspected methamphetamine, illegally possessed prescription pills, and US Currency.
The suspected narcotics will be sent to the Virginia Department of Forensic Science for analysis.
As a result, Jason Wayne Greer, 45, 402 Fairmont Dr. is currently held in the Henry County Adult Detention Center on charges of Possession of Schedule I or II drug with the intent to distribute (methamphetamine).
The Henry County Sheriff’s Office will not tolerate this type of behavior in our communities.
