ROCKBRIDGE COUNTY, Va. (BTW21) — A Rockbridge County man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after being convicted on multiple felony counts related to child pornography.

Stephen Robert Lucas, 39, was convicted of felony charges including the production and distribution of child pornography.
According to the Rockbridge County Sheriff's Office (RCSO), Lucas entered a guilty plea as part of a plea agreement.
The court sentenced Lucas to a total of 50 years in prison, with 30 years suspended, resulting in 20 years of active incarceration.
Upon his release, the terms of his sentence mandate a five-year period of supervised probation. Additionally, Lucas will be required to register as a sex offender and is strictly banned from any contact with minors.
