HENRY COUNTY – Paul Kennedy, 49, of Bassett, recently won $500,000 in the Virginia Lottery less than two years after winning $250,000.
He purchased the ticket from the The Connection on North River Road in Henry County.
Kennedy's winning ticker was a "500K Cash" scratch-off card which he bought for $5.
He co-owns Bassett Funeral Services.
