FRANKLIN COUNTY – The Franklin County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 20-year-old man wanted for three felony drug charges.
Timothy Shane Allen Cleary, of Rocky Mount, has been charged with two felony counts of selling and distributing marijuana and possession of a firearm while in possession of drugs.
On March 14, narcotics investigators executed a drug-related search warrant in the 200 block of Ridgeacre Drive in Rocky Mount.
During the search warrant, investigators seized from the tenant, Cleary:
approximately 2 ½ pounds of marijuana
over 1,500 dollars in U.S. Currency
packaging materials
digital scales
a semi-automatic handgun
On Monday, investigators executed a second search warrant in the 400 block of Lavender Lane in Rocky Mount.
According to the Sheriff's Office, this time, Cleary was found to be in possession of:
over one-half ounce of marijuana
numerous vape style cartridges containing THC distillate
over 2,400 dollars in U.S. Currency
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says felony warrants have been obtained for Cleary. He is currently evading arrest and is believed to have fled the state.
