2 people taken to hospital following Martinsville crash

MARTINSVILLE, VA – On Monday, two people were taken to the hospital after a crash in Martinsville.

Two Toyota CorollaS collided about 3:21 p.m. at the intersection of Wilson Street and Carter Street.

The champagne-colored Corolla traveling on Carter Street failed to stop at a stop sign and crashed into the white Corolla, which was headed on Wilson Street, according police.

A man and a woman were taken to a Sovah Health-Martinsville with injuries not considered life-threatening.

The crash remains under investigation.
