PATRICK COUNTY – A 19-year-old Stuart man has died following a tractor accident.
According to Patrick County Sheriff Dan Smith, Brandon Lee France was injured while working on a farm tractor at his residence on Big A School Road.
First responders were dispatched to the scene at 3:59 PM on Saturday.
Smith says France was airlifted to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
"This is a very sad day for our county, please keep Brandon and his family in your prayers," Smith stated in a news release.
