Motorcycle crash on Fairystone Park highway

BASSETT – A motorcycle crash occurred shortly after 2:00PM Sunday afternoon at the intersection of Fairystone Park Hwy and Philpott Dam Rd. The male driver around 45 years of age sustained minor injuries to his shoulders and a laceration on the forehead. He was taken to SOVAH with non-life threatening injuries. Bassett Fire

and rescue responded. Virginia State Police are investigating.
