MARTINSVILLE – As we are gearing closer to the upcoming weekend, we are one day from the start of a busy one in Martinsville. Its race weekend!!
Not only race fans will have front row seat at the speedway, but nice weather to go along with it.
We can expect a great deal of sunshine at the Martinsville Speedway, with seasonable temperatures forecasted.
For Friday, you can expect breezy conditions, with higher gusts possible over 30 MPH and a mix of sun and clouds.
Saturday, you will need to hold on to your hats, as winds will pick up again in the afternoon, for the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series.
Winds will start to diminish Sunday as the green flag will drop for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series: STP 500.
Both races are scheduled to start at 2:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.
