Magna Vista JROTC students participate in flag retirement ceremony

RIDGEWAY – Friday, the American Legion Homer Dillard Post 78 gave Magna Vista JROTC students the honorable opportunity to participate in a flag retirement ceremony. Post 78 has partnered with the JROTC program to make this an annual ceremony.
