HENRY COUNTY, VA – Monday, a Henry County grand jury issued 320 total indictments: 85 regular indictments, 81 direct indictments and 154 sealed indictments.
Indictments are not an indication of guilt. It is a grand jury’s determination that enough evidence exists to hold a trial.
