MARTINSVILLE – The Results Companies in partnership with Patrick Henry Community College is pleased to announce the next graduating class of Results University, an innovative 12-month continuing education program.
During the training, selected Results Companies’ employees hone skills and techniques of customer service. The program is uniquely designed for The Results Companies and provides intensive training for the industry’s most sought-after skills at no cost to the employee. Upon completion, participants receive a Customer Experience & Sales Certification through PHCC.
This month, Results and PHCC celebrated the second-ever class of program completers at the Martinsville Site. Fourteen graduates, along with their family, friends, and select leadership within The Results Companies gathered at the PHCC campus to witness the completion ceremony.
“This day represents what is possible when business leaders, community leaders, and educators work together and think outside the box for the benefit of its constituents, workforce and residents,” said Robert Rapp, Founder, and Chairman of The Results Companies and the Results University Program.
“When community businesses and PHCC work together everyone wins – especially the students,” says PHCC’s President Angeline Godwin. “Customized training programs like the Results University can be a bridge to success for completers. We hope this ceremony marks the beginning of continued learning, growth, and achievement for each completer.”
